Clint oversees exploratory findings and design phases, comprising Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. Typically, budgeting occurs in the Design Development phase, reducing the overall project timeline. Permit processing starts concurrently, and upon approval, our construction team swiftly initiates the project.
