Clint oversees exploratory findings and design phases, comprising Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. Our construction team engages early, understanding client needs and design aspects for a comprehensive project vision, expediting efficient communication of options, decisions, and scheduling. Typically, budgeting occurs in the Design Development phase, reducing the overall project timeline. Permit processing starts concurrently, and upon approval, our construction team swiftly initiates the project. Throughout construction, our architects and contractors maintain constant communication with clients, ensuring quality control, minimizing change orders, and optimizing project performance.

Left Frame has helped clients find or verify land opportunities and renovation opportunities for potential projects.
