This renovation project demanded serious macro-vision. Once a three-level, 31,825-square-foot car dealership boasting an angled glass, thirty-foot canopy, we, in collaboration with BakerFirst Commercial Real Estate, reimagined it into a three-level retail destination. By removing the three-story angled glass atrium, we revamped the facade, creating multiple retail tenant spaces on the ground level. This structural change also enabled each level to function independently, resulting in increased rentable space. The site and façade redesign contributed significantly to our client's success in establishing a thriving multi-tenant project at a prominent intersection.
