The Ledge stands as another project developed, designed, and built by Left Frame. Situated in Alva, Oklahoma, the hometown of Northwestern Oklahoma State University, this project was envisioned to offer a fresh, invigorating living experience conveniently close to the college. The 16-unit apartment complex spans 15,000 square feet across two levels, providing spacious contemporary living within walking distance of the campus.

The design focuses on features that define the project's brand and identity. Each unit is meticulously crafted to prioritize functionality and maximize the available square footage. Priorities in design include ample living spaces, abundant daylighting, efficient site circulation, and balconies for each unit within a secured complex. Exterior materials are chosen for their durability and aesthetic appeal while considering economic value. Interior materials and systems are designed to withstand heavy traffic and wear.

By addressing a community need and contributing to the town's evolution and growth, Left Frame successfully developed, designed, and built a project that reflects our company's commitment to nurturing the communities we are fortunate to be a part of.
