Left Frame Lofts, a project conceived, designed, and constructed by Left Frame, is situated in the thriving Film Row District of downtown Oklahoma City. Spanning approximately 12,000 square feet across five levels, it includes garage parking on the first level, six luxury condos (each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), and a 2,200-square-foot rooftop entertainment terrace. Additionally, the first level houses a 750-square-foot commercial space at the corner of California and Lee.

The building's design and construction emphasize raw materials, featuring cast-in-place concrete floors, ceilings, and some interior vertical walls, alongside extensive use of glass, high-end interior finishes and appliances. The open living concept, ten-foot ceilings, exposed ductwork, and 360-degree views offer a modern downtown living experience in each unit. This completed project stands as a signature achievement for Left Frame, epitomizing the passion, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail that our company dedicates to each endeavor.
